This eyelash extension course is designed for students who want to enter the world of eyelash extensions at a professional level. We will train you in the application methods and procedures to perform a hair-by-hair eyelash placement job obtaining a professional result. In addition, we have added the Brow techniques (brow lamination & brow tinting using henna) that will help you to provide a more complete service to your client. All the techniques taught in our professional courses can be performed on a person as a client as long as you have a license as a cosmetologist and/or esthetician granted through the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. This program does not lead to a state license.

Profesional Eyelash Extension + Brow techniques course

  • Introduction to the world of Eyelash Extensions.

  • Safety and hygiene protocols, common irritations and allergies.

  • Glueing tabs and effective joining tips

  • Customer consultation, treatment and preparation for the service.

  • Proper hand shape and posture during eyelash extension application.

  • Adhesives: Types, Applications, and Best Practices.

  • Tweezers: types and applications

  • Introduction to 7 techniques: Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, Wispy, Wet effect and Hawaiian Style.

  • Lash growth cycle.

  • After care and problem solving.

  • Remove extensions and filling process.

  • Eyelash repair and proper aftercare practices.

  • Preparation of natural eyelashes and eyebrows, types and products to use
  • Color theory, skin tones and pigmentation tones on the eyebrow
  • Theory and demonstration of the brow lamination technique

  • Natural and long-lasting eyebrow tint using plant-based henna.

1 day per week of 4 hours per class:

  • Wed: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Sat: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
