This hair extensions course is designed for students and cosmetologists who want to venture into the world of hair extensions and Hair Keratin treatment. We will train you in the methods of application of 4 techniques to obtain a professional result in your client in the area of Hair Extensions and You will also learn about the application, types and care and maintenance of the Keratin treatment. All the techniques taught in our professional courses can be performed on a person as a client as long as you have a license as a cosmetologist granted through the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. This program does not lead to a state license.

  • Introduction to the world of Hair Extensions.

  • Product knowledge.

  • Safety and hygiene protocols

  • Customer preparation before starting service.

  • Customer consultation

  • Hair preparation and products to use
  • Tools, products and glue

  • Tape-in extensions: application, removal, and maintenance.

  • Microchip hair extension (beaded)

  • Keratin or fusion hair extension.

  • V-Light Hair extension.

  • Hand-sewn hair extensions (hand – tied weft).

  • Finalization and blending of the extensions.

  • Choosing the right extensions for each client.

  • Introduction to keratin, care and maintenance of anti-frizz smoothing treatments

  • Keratin treatments based on hair type.

Includes

Professional hair extensions initial student kit with tools, mannequin and the 4 types of hair extensions.

All materials for the keratin treatment are provided by the school.

1 day per week of 4 hours per class:

  • Tue: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Sun: 10 AM – 2:00 PM

Then 12 WEEKLY PAYMENTS OF: $150.00

Yes, to work in a professional beauty salon or to offer services independently, you must have a Cosmetology license issued by the state of California or any other state where you live and provide hair extension and keratin services.

You can buy it from various beauty supply stores. There are also online brands where you can purchase it directly from them, but in some cases, you may need a cosmetology license to place an order.

We include 5 techniques: Tape-in (adhesive tape extensions), Beaded (micro-bead extensions), Fusion (keratin extensions), V-Light extensions, and Hand-Tied Weft (hand-sewn weft extensions).

The student kit includes a selection of professional tools and products needed to complete your training.

During the course, you will learn how to work with different materials and techniques used in hair extension services.

No, you do not need to be a cosmetologist to take the course.

Our programs are open to beginners as well as those looking to improve their skills.

Our course is designed to teach you professional hair extension techniques through hands-on training.

With practice and dedication, you will develop the skills and confidence to perform these services.
