This course is implemented for all students who want to dedicate themselves to the world of nails with Professional Acrylic and Gel techniques. You will learn how to prepare each nail step by step, disinfection of your work area, use of equipment, disease prevention and much more. We will also show you different styles, decoration, trends and current products. All the techniques taught in our professional courses can be performed on a person as a client as long as you have a license as a cosmetologist and/or nail technician granted through the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. This program does not lead to a state license.

Professional nails TECHNIQUES Course

  • Introduction to the world of nails.

  • Theory (identifying diseases).

  • Knowledge of professional nail products.

  • State board rules and proper procedure disinfection on the work area.

  • Manicure and pedicure techniques

  • Acrylic application initiation and pearl application technique.

  • Hard Gel application, pearl gel technique, 3d art on nails and new trends.

  • Dipping Powder Technique.

  • Nail art and decoration.

  • Acrylic extension with tip and structural form.

  • Advanced techniques: Marbling, french style, encapsulation, glitter technique and cat eye effect.

  • 3d technique & jewelry.

  • Finishing and professional polishing of the nail.

  • Restructuring and the removal of split nails or previous work done.

Includes

A student kit with Nail Products, Decorations and Professional Tools for each technique you perform during the course.

This includes: drying lamp , portable electric drill, mechanical hand, Young Nails Acrylic Kit, and Gel Kit and much more!

Students who complete the course will receive a diploma certifying their approval of the program

COURSE OVERVIEW / CLASS SCHEDULE

1 day per week of 4 hours per class:

  • Wed: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Sat: 10 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Sat: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Then 12 WEEKLY PAYMENTS OF: $150.00
