This facial esthetics course provides students with essential skills in professional waxing, various facial treatments, skin care techniques, and wood facial therapy. Designed for those entering the beauty industry, it covers safe hair removal methods, skin analysis, rejuvenation treatments, and natural wood therapy to enhance facial muscle tone and circulation, preparing students to offer complete and effective facial esthetic services. All the techniques taught in our professional courses can be performed on a person as a client as long as you have a license as a cosmetologist and/or esthetician granted through the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. This program does not lead to a state license.

No, this is a professional techniques course within the realm of facial aesthetics and hair removal. It is a scheduled 12-week course where you learn basic and advanced professional techniques applied to the skin, new trends in facial services, skin treatments, and handling professional spa products. If you wish to obtain an esthetician or cosmetology license, you need to contact state-accredited schools that offer training for obtaining the license in California or any other state of your preference. Remember that these schools only provide the training and ensure you meet the state requirements for obtaining your license. Once your training is complete, you will need to go to state facilities to take a final exam, and upon passing, you will receive your license.

No, Botox services must be applied by a nurse esthetician, meaning they must be medical nurses in addition to being estheticians. Nurse estheticians are the only ones who can apply any product within the skin. This course only teaches aesthetic skin treatments and services that a licensed esthetician performs in a spa.

No, to work in a professional beauty salon, a spa, or to offer services independently, you must have an Esthetician or Cosmetology license issued by the state of California or any other state where you live and provide skin services and treatments.

You will learn to use the steam machine, microdermabrasion machine, hydrofacial machine, LED mask, and wax warmer for hair removal.

No, we teach you how to use them, but they are not included in the student kit. To provide services, you need to have your esthetician or cosmetologist license issued by the state of California.

You need to obtain an Esthetician license issued by the state of California, or you can also obtain a Cosmetology license. This license covers all services related to hair, such as haircuts (long and short), hairstyles, straightening, permanents, and hair coloring. It also covers makeup, facials, skin treatments, hair removal, manicure, and pedicure. The only services you cannot perform are finishing haircuts or beard trimming using a barber’s razor. For that, you need to obtain a Barbering license in the state of California or in the state where you live and wish to provide skin aesthetic services.
